Miley W. (Lee) Merkhofer is a well-known author and practitioner in the field of decision analysis.
Lee's specialty is analytical techniques for prioritizing projects. He has developed dozens of project priority systems for clients in nearly every industry and for many government
organizations. He teaches courses on prioritization, has published numerous papers on the subject, and has received awards for his work in the area. Lee was a principal contributor
to the Department of Energy's Standard for Risk-Based Prioritization.

Prior to forming Lee Merkhofer Consulting, Lee was a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he founded and led the PwC priority system business practice.
